Multi-Agent System for Smart-Grid Control with Commitment Mismatch and Congestion

Abstract : Distribution networks must become smarter. Indeed they may otherwise become subject to issues such as line congestion due to the imminent deployment of electric vehicles at a large scale. Hence, it is necessary that these electric vehicles play a role in mitigating this type of issue. The objective of this paper is to present a cooperative multi-agent system limiting these problems using an electric vehicle fleet as distributed electricity storage units.
