Le statut « Métropole » du Grand Nancy et l’impact territorial sur le sport

Abstract : The French territorial organization is complex and often referred to as "a thousand territorial sheets". In one layer of this thousand sheets, there is a new structure: the metropolis. The aim is to understand the genesis of intermunicipal co-operation in France, and then to determine the role of metropolitis in public policies, particularly those related to sport. Because the sport is of all areas. Because sport affects everyone, now, sport is more than ever considered as a service of proximity. Thus, how an intercommunality that climbs the echelons can manage this sport competence within its territory and all the actors present
