Étude et modélisation des transferts thermiques au voisinage d’une paroi inclinée

Abstract : A strong infatuation exists for a few decades around the understanding of heat transfer mechanisms during phase-changes and especially in nucleate boiling. Within thus framework, a multilayer device called boiling-meter was designed in order to allow measurement of the temperature and the heat flux exchanged between this device and a fluid test, Fluorinert FC-72. The analysis of the observed phenomena has required a better understanding of the boilng-meter by carrying out the air tests. Numerical simulations were performed in order to compare the results got with the experimental one. All these works are presented in this document. Finally, during a cycle of nucleation, growth and bubble departure, we were able to highlight a particular law which seems to govern the variation of heat flux density according to the wall’s temperature.
