infection est la complication la plus fréquente après prothèse totale inversée d'épaule, et certainement l'une des plus grave. A partir d'une série rétrospective multicentrique de 32 patients, nous avons évalué l'efficacité et les conséquences fonctionnelles des différentes options thérapeutiques. Patients et méthode: 32 patients (19 hommes, 13 femmes) pris en charge entre 1996 et 2011 pour une infection sur prothèse inversée, ont été revus rétrospectivement. L'âge moyen à la prise en charge était de 71 ans (55-83) La prothèse en place au moment du diagnostic d'infection était de première intention dans 23 cas, et de révision dans 9 cas. Le score de Constant moyen était de 34 (11-69) Ces patients ont fait l'objet de débridement avec conservation des implants (13 cas), de révision en 1 temps (5 cas), en 2 temps (14 cas), nous disposions d'une évaluation clinique, pp.12-137 ,
