La lymphohistiocytose hémophagocytaire. Cas clinique

Abstract : The Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis , a clinical case Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is an unknown and still often overlooked disease, which may be primitive or secondary. The cardinal symptoms are prolonged ferver, cytopenias and hepatosplenomegaly. Awareness of the clinical symptoms and of diagnosis criteria for HLH and some common requirements are important to start prompt life-saving therapy because of the poor prognosis. Advances in detection of new cytokines and more effective salvage regimens are goals for the future.
