Est-une-femme-menue, Au début de l'entretien, le discours est pauvre, puis progressivement, en évoquant ses souvenirs, elle décrit avec des traits tendus quelques épisodes vécus pendant la guerre Elle ne parvient pas à retrouver la chronologie des faits mais, sans fil conducteur, revient sur des évènements l'ayant marquée, citant quelques détails : les violences et persécutions des Serbes, les nuits à dormir « sur du papier journal » lors de son arrivée en France, les évacuations lors des bombardements. Elle se fixe parfois sur un évènement pendant l'entretien, avec des persévérations. Les souvenirs se succèdent de façon anarchique

L. Actuellement, Elle évoque peu ses souvenirs, a tendance à s'isoler, reflétant le syndrome d'évitement. Elle dit « ne plus penser à tout ça ». On relève par contre au moment de son arrivée en maison de retraite, puis il y a quelques mois lors d'une fracture de l'humérus, des périodes pendant lesquelles elle était décrite « pleurnicharde, gémissant sur sa vie » : dans ces moments
