In a prospective non-randomized study, three intraosseous devices were compared, the Mallarmé needle, the 147 physicians and non physicians had an instruction about the different devices in the « Centre d'Instruction des Techniques Elémentaires de l'Avant » in Metz, France. They had to choose one of them about the ease of use, the insertion time and the efficiency of the device. The results showed that the EZ-IO ® Power Driver is the easiest and the most efficient, and the BIG ® is the fastest. Differences are not statistically significant, because of the small population, Titre: Potential use of intraosseous devices in adult vascular access military use, the EZ-IO ® Manual Driver seems to be the best choice for the Medics and the EZ-IO ® G3 Power Driver should be used in hospital ,
