Dans-le-groupe, Les effets secondaires observés sont respectivement pour la voie INJ et SL : sensation désagréable (39% versus 18%), somnolence (24% vs 15%), nausée-vomissement (23% vs 0%), sécheresse buccale (15% vs 13%), sueurs (8% vs 0%) Conclusion : Le néfopam est efficace en ambulatoire, la voie SL l'est aussi avec un profil d'effets secondaires intéressant
