. La-recherche-d, adjuvants chirurgicaux capables de promouvoir la cicatrisation, qu'elle soit osseuse ou gingivale, est un défi. Initialement, ce sont les colles de fibrine qui ont montré leur potentiel mais, face aux risques de transmission lié aux produits sanguins

. De-nombreux-procédés-ont-vu-le-jour, une première génération, les PRP « platelet rich plasma » riches en facteurs de croissance et une seconde génération, le PRF® « platelet rich fibrin » basé sur une matrice de fibrine. Ces technologies, grâce à leur composition, libèrent des facteurs de croissance agissant directement au coeur de la cicatrisation. Leur architecture
