Induction des émotions et réponses physiologiques

Abstract : Many studies which deal with emotion induction use visual or auditory modality for stimulations. Only few studies use the combination of these stimulations. In real life, emotional experiences are a combination of stimulation who stand from different modality. The aim of this work is to show if bimodality is more potent than unimodality in the induction of emotional states. We use blocks of auditory, visual or bimodal stimulation in 4 conditions. We compare physiological and psychological measurements from 8 young students. Only few physiological and psychological variables are affect by the induction of emotion. However, we found that bimodality is more potent than visual and auditory stimulation for the unpleasant high and pleasant high conditions.
