Etude des propriétés thermiques de nanofils type Bi2Te3

Abstract : The objective of this report is to find the thermal conductivity for various structures of nanowires with different angles consisting of Bi2Te3. The first part reviews the theory and the models used. It is used in simulations of Bi2Te3 nanowires. In this section, the results obtained during the stage are also presented. The second part contains a bibliographic report that gives the results found in the literature for different simulations of Bi2Te3. They complete the numerical study.
