Formulation de recommandations, et étude d'un plan d'expérience pour un projet européen : SPIRIT : simulation de la dispersion pour un champ libre

Abstract : SPIRIT is an European project which aims to create standards for building construction to improve their ability to protect and contain threats involving pollutants (Chemical, Bacteriological, and Radiological). Indeed, buildings need protective system to provide optimal security to people. However, for intentional attacks there aren't Europeans standards which allow very efficient devices. So the creation of recommendations is essential to establish the base of norms. Thus, this project allowed the creation of a code (SPIRIT code, CBR part) describing the consequences of such attacks on the building and on the residents. To test the influence of protective measures, we use a method called the design of experiment. Three cases are considered, indoor case, proximity case and outdoor case. This method will give us the influence and build mathematical laws for each case. Finally, we intend to compare mathematical law with SPIRIT simulations.
