, Les objectifs secondaires sont de recenser les freins à la réalisation d'une intervention, les difficultés rencontrées dans l'organisation de la prise en charge, les éventuelles complications à court, moyen et long terme, l'impact de l'intervention sur le plan clinique et sur le plan thérapeutique. Il s'agit d'une étude observationnelle, rétrospective, portée sur les 20 patients présentés par l'Institut de Cancérologie de Lorraine de Nancy du 16 Janvier 2015 au 17 Juin 2016. Le support de l'étude repose sur la fiche RCP puis sur des questionnaires de suivi, remplis par le médecin référent du patient, à l'inclusion (correspondant à la présentation en RCP), L'objectif principal de l'étude est d'évaluer les délais de mise en place des décisions prises en RCP
