Bifurcation Approach to the Emergency Situation Monitoring of Pulse Energy Conversion Systems

Abstract

The new approach to the forecasting and detection of the emergency situations in pulse energy conversion systems based on the bifurcation approach was proposed. The essence of the proposed approach is in the on-line monitoring of "dangerous" bifurcation boundaries in system's parameter space. It is proposed to identify "dangerous" bifurcation situation (emergency) on-line on the basis of state vector analysis.
