The mathematical problems of forecasting adequacy of emergency situations in the dynamics of the pulse energy conversion systems when using bifurcation approach

Résumé

This paper proposes a new approach to the forecasting and detecting emergencies based on the bifurcation analysis and the theory of nonlinear observers. The mathematical problems of the realization of this approach to the pulse energy conversion systems were considered.
