LES ENTREPRISES FAMILIALES DANS LE SOUSS : UN OBJET D'ETUDE A LA LISIERE DE LA SOCIOLOGIE ET DES SCIENCES DE GESTION

Abstract : Family capitalism is rooted in Morocco Moroccan relatively autarkic economic history and religious basis. However, the challenge of the globalization process could otherwise undermine the supremacy of family sagas patiently and methodically made throughout history, at least they oppose a more strenuous competition can lead to the "disenchantment of the world" according to the beautifulexpression Max Weber and the emergence of new entrepreneurial modes.
