On Visualization of Regulatory and Evolutionary Processes Towards Climate Changes

Résumé

The paper is devoted to the discussion about how to use more efficiently the information technologies in application to estimate climate changes. The main topic to the discussion is the following: it seems to be quite difficult to choose the appropriate method of analytical formalization to estimate changes in the dynamics under the condition when enough clear visualization of the interesting aspects of regulatory and evolutionary processes is absent. In this connection, the basic reasons that create the problem situation are considered and a way to resolve them is proposed. The consideration is illustrated by an example of the analysis of local climate changes from the traditional conception and from the conception of the regulatory theory on local climate dynamics. The open access data of meteorological observations are used with this purpose.
