et entre N et 13 C f et la corrélation négative entre A sat et W i et TE (positive avec 13 C f ) montre que l'efficience d'utilisation de l'eau n'est pas principalement liée à la capacité photosynthétique. Cela conforte l'idée selon laquelle les différences d'efficience d'utilisation de l'eau sont principalement liées à des différences de conductance stomatique et non de capacité photosynthétique (Tableau 8) La relation trouvée entre N et TE, montre que l'assimilation de l'azote chez les acacias (Fabaceae, fixatrices d'azote), influe sur TE par le biais de quantité de carbone perdu ( c ) et/ou par quantité d'eau perdue ( w ) Ceci provoque des variations de TE entre les espèces, Cela conforte l'idée selon laquelle l'existence de deux relations (entre TE et 13 C f ) en fonction de l'origine géographique des espèces est vraisemblablement liée aux variations de c et de w entre les espèces ,
