Gsh, Aussi, l'objectif général de ce travail consiste à amener des connaissances relatives au devenir des pesticides en polyculture d'étang, en particulier sur la contamination de la chair des poissons proposés aux consommateurs Cinq sites, correspondant chacun à un étang et à son bassin versant, ont été caractérisés. Ils s'échelonnent sur un gradient d'intensification agricole sur le bassin versant allant de 0% à 85% de la surface mise en culture, principalement en colza, blé, orge et maïs De nombreux pesticides sont présents dans l'eau, en concentrations variables selon les sites et les saisons La somme des molécules quantifiées s'échelonne de 0,17 µg/L pour le site C-0 (mars) à 8,81 µg/L pour le site C-25 (octobre) La réponse biologique des poissons, évaluée par la recherche de huit biomarqueurs GPx et AChE) chez la carpe et le gardon, a permis d'établir des différences entre les espèces et les sites étudiés, le gardon permettant une meilleure discrimination des sites. Une recherche ciblée des pesticides épandus sur grandes cultures, a été effectuée par une méthode multi-résidus, dans l'eau, les sédiments et la chair de poisson. L'isoproturon et le métazachlore présentent les concentrations les plus élevées dans l'eau (valeurs maximales de 2,69 et 0,54 µg/L respectivement) La trifluraline (0,5 à 13 µg/kg PS) et l'isoproturon (0,7 à 56,4 µg/kg PS) sont les molécules majoritaires des sédiments. Les profils de résidus dans la chair de poisson sont variables et seuls la trifluraline, l'isoproturon, le métazachlore et le carbendazime, Le transfert des pesticides homologués reste peu étudié les faibles niveaux observés en étang peuvent être expliqués par un potentiel d'accumulation faible, pp.10-16
