Impact des perturbations du cycle électronucléaire sur la robustesse des décisions stratégiques à long terme

Abstract : The work of this thesis is placed within the framework of the studies of nuclear power scenarios. The search for scenarios answering a given problem does not undertake towards a single scenario but to a whole of scenarios potentially solutions. These studies are multicriterion studies. ln order to be able to compare and classify the scenarios between them, it is necessary that those are accompanied by calculations of uncertainties. The objective of this thesis is to develop methods for research of optimal scenarios for a given problem of strategy and to help a decision maker to make a final choice among these scenarios and to take into account certain uncertainties. These methods were concretized by the realization of a software which was used to solve a problem of strategy. We thus modelled a nuclear park with a closed fuel cycle and close to balance with ali the components of the cycle (nuclear reactors and the associated fuel cycle facilities). Moreover, we developed a madel of propagation of error based on a limited development of the equations of the model and the integration of the differentiai system obtained. The research of the scenarios solutions is carried out using a genetic algorithm in order to obtain the zone of Pareto of the problem and a Rough Sets method is used for multicriteria decision-making aid.
