Abstract : In this study, Raman spectroscopy is used as an optical method, fast and non destructive, for microstructural characterization of polymeric materials. The main purpose of the work is to collect spectral assignments enable to follow some microstructural features such as crystallinity, molecular orientation and volume strain of isotactic polypropylene under uniaxial tension
