Dans-le-cas-du, le motif impliquant ces deux hydroxyles est beaucoup plus stable, les deux angles dièdres oscillent autour d'une valeur de 0° (OH dans le plan de la molécule) sans qu'aucune transition 0°-180° soit observée. Ceci traduit la conservation au cours de notre trajectoire de la liaison hydrogène intramoléculaire H31-O22. 3.2.
