, Dans un tricol de 50 ml, 40 mmoles d'acide aminoboronique sont dissous à l'aide de 20 ml de soude (5N)

, La phase organique est récupèree puis diluée avec 30 ml d'éther. L'amino alcool est alors extrait une nouvelle fois avec trois fois 15 ml d'eau. Les phases aqueuses sont alors réunies et évaporées, le composé est ainsi isolé puis analysé, pp.3-4
