Contribution à l'étude des textures de déformation des alliages hexagonaux

Abstract : A reorientation of the grains which is usually observed during plastic deformation leads in most cases to a new texture which can be linked to the initial texture. This occurs in order to specify the transfer mechanism from the non-deformed state to the deformed state. The adaptation of a deformation model (in particular the Taylor's model) to the problem of formability (especially in terms of rolling) allowed us to better understand some deformation mechanisms in materials with hexagonal symmetry. This is performed through the study of the evolution of the material crystallographic textures which taken as a starting point. In order to do so, it is essential to determine the texture in the most accurate way. With respect to this, we checked the respective positivity conditions of the pole figures and the texture function. As a result we obtained more reasonable and more accurate solutions. The applications performed on titanium, zirconium and zinc confirm that the evolution of the deformation texture that is to say the occurence of deformation mechanisms is closely correlated with the evolution of the microstructure
