, Lippmann (actuel LIST) visait à améliorer la détection des adénovirus infectieux par la méthode d'ICC-qPCR (Integrated Cell Culture-quantitative PCR). L'ICC-qPCR est basée sur la quantification du génome viral dans les cellules infectées. Notre travail sur cette méthode a permis d'augmenter sa sensibilité et ainsi de réduire le temps de détection des adénovirus cinq à deux jours dans des eaux de surface et des eaux usées
