One Step Deposition of Sol-Gel Carbon Nanotubes Biocomposite for Reagentless Electrochemical Devices

Résumé

A simple way to immobilization of vitamin K3 by physical adsorption onto the surface of single-walled carbon nanotubes (CNT-VK3) and the implementation of these functionalized carbon nanotubes into a reagentless electrochemical devices based on biodoped silica sol-gel film are described. A sol-gel composite thin film containing glucose dehydrogenase, diaphorase, cofactor and CNT-VK3 was either drop-coated or electrodeposited onto a glassy carbon electrode surface. Sol-gel/CNT-VK3/cofactor/glucose dehydrogenase/diaphorase composite modified electrodes showed effective catalysis towards glucose oxidation in both cases.
