The dielectric properties and the hysteresis loops of the spin-1 Ising nanowire system with the effect of a negative core/shell coupling: A Monte Carlo study

Abstract : The Monte Carlo simulation technique has been used to study the effect of a negative core/shell coupling on the dielectric properties and the hysteresis behavior of the spin-1 Ising nanowire system with a square surface area. The influence of the temperature and the exchange coupling on the critical and compensation behaviors of the ferroelectric and ferrielectric nanowire are also investigated.
