Le bien-être des usagers face aux indicateurs de performance

Abstract : Producing user well-being is a central concern for managers of work-integration organisations in the region studied in this article. However, the changes in their occupation that they describe, and which are reflected in particular by the performance indicators put out by government, tend to make them oppose this representation of their job to others. Their comments show that currently these organisations are also places of professional powerlessness for individuals who no longer feel able to satisfy both of these models, which they view as contradictory. In response, social and professional practices need to be collectively questioned to make their occupation meaningful again.
