Diagnostic régional partagé les besoins en santé des jeunes suivis par les Missions Locales en Lorraine

Abstract : In 2013, close to 1,9 million of young folks between 15 and 29 years old don't go to school, neither in a formation, nor in employment. The processes of casualization and the social vulnerability comes with a psychological suffering, which can become a real wealth degradation. The CES (Centres d’Examens de Santé) are working on reforming the EPS (Examen Périodique de Santé) proposed to people between 16-25 years old in Local Mission, which is identified as a priority target. The purpose of this work, is to make a diagnosis of the needs and the request of the young people's health, in Local Mission, in Lorraine. The analysis of those needs and requests was made according to two approaches: ecological, thanks to the Dahlgren & Whitehead's way; and psychological, with the Eric Berne's theory. The young people's requests were collected during 6 focus-group. A collective interview with professional of the Local Missions in Lorraine allowed us to collect the offers, needs and requests of those young people. We complete our diagnosis by collecting the professionals expectations of the UC-CMP (Union-Caisse Centre de Médecine Préventive) through some semidirective's meeting. The priority request of those young peoples deal with the job, the lodging, the access to a health system, the physical activity, and also a social and family support. Through the Eric Berne's theory, those young peoples need recognition, structure and stimulation. The improvement of the health of those people has to pass by the health education. The synergy of all the concerned people by the social insertion of those young peoples is indispensable. Our qualitative study does not allow us to represent all the health's needs of the young people in Lorraine. The Dahlgren & Whitehead and the Eric Berne's way allowed us to deepen the analysis of their health's needs.
