Diagnostic sur l’accès aux droits à la santé et à une complémentaire santé dans le cadre de l’Atelier Santé Ville de Thionville

Abstract : A participatory diagnosis was established by the CCAS in order to identify issues and actions to improve access to rights to health and to a health insurance for Thionville’s population in precarious situations tracks. Their use is not a source of social inequality leading to seeking care and debt. The methodology adopted for collecting data was the triangulation of needs objectified, perceived needs and requests. The collection of quantitative and qualitative data was used to obtain completeness results and identify incentives and obstacles to access. The recommendations of the local health action program arising from the data analysis. The methodology of participatory project was the engine of a process of consultation between the partners and a consultation of the Thionville’s population. The longer-term goal would be to develop an enabling environment for more effective participation in the city's health policy.
