Préparation physique chez les jeunes rugbymen de 14-15 ans, recherches et perspectives pour l'optimisation de la performance

Abstract : We can agree to say that the brief power of muscles increases during the growth and the maturation is appreciably higher with boy than with girls and after the processes of maturation of growth. Contrary to the studies of training in stamina, there are very few studies on the training of the brief power of muscles implying the various juvenile stages. It is suggested that the reductions of the brief power of the muscles of the teenage athlete are due «to the intrinsic properties «of the muscle which are not still completely included. We expect that the use of the molecular biological tools in pediatric science gives us more information. However, no objective criterion is at the moment available. Analyses in front of various populations (sportsmen, not sportsmen, teenagers, adults, etc.) would allow us to say if it is more interesting do body-building with explosive movements at the age of 14-15 that the age of 20. An only theoretical analysis does not permit us to bring real conclusions. Furthermore, to study and to want to explain the performance of a group and a team has to make reference to the influence of the cohesion on the performance and the performance on the same cohesion. But to explain it only through this process would be an error. If this report underlines the positive correlation cohesion-performance and performance-cohesion, the other variables that are the faiths, the collective efficiency and the attributions have their importance in the universe of the performance. Quite as the relation coach-sportsman or the style of leadership, these variables have to be studied more precisely.
