Analyse du processus d’intervention d’un programme “activités physiques adaptées et qualité de vie” chez des femmes âgées de 60 à 75 ans

Abstract : Many studies have shown that with the advanced age, seniors and especially women reduce assess of their quality of life. Although it has been demonstrated that physical activity can play an important role in improving and maintaining the quality of life, very few program is established and most of them don’t deal with characteristics of intervention in depth. The aim of this study is to analyze the implementation of a program "adapted physical activity and quality of life" for women aged 60 to 75 years. Relying on literature and on the recommendations of the WHO, a program combining aerobic, balance and resistance training in moderate intensity was followed by eight participants twice a week for ten weeks. Results show discrepancies between the theoretical framework and the professional implementation. We offer solutions and guidelines in order to reduce these differences. Results describe precisely and analyze the process of the intervention (context, program, implementation, adaptation and reach) for the program to be reproducible by other organizations.
