Promouvoir l’adaptabilité des services commercialisés pour une structure de loisirs (Escape Hunt), à l’attention d’une nouvelle cible : « Personnes en situation de Handicap »

Abstract : The main purpose of this thesis is to change the vision on disabled people in general as well as on their accessibility to the entertainment such as "Escape Hunt". In the first part of the thesis the context of Escape Games in France and Escape Hunt-Nancy is given. The communication and relationship with a new client base (disabled people) is established. Moreover, the company plans to renovate a room into an absolutely accessible one for the audience suffering from a physical or sensory disabilities. So I could bring my expertise on the adaptability of life-size puzzles for this new survey. Finally, I am an initiator of the first event in France – an Escape Game turned towards the disabled people. The location is rented on a short-term lease, for one day. I called this event "Handi'Scape Hunt" dedicated for people suffering from physical and sensory disabilities. An analysis of the results of this project among the participants and organizers was essential to make a conclusion and to establish a balance and to envision the future prospects for this expanding franchise.
