L'apport de la linguistique à l’ergonomie pour enrichir l'analyse de l'activité de consultation de suivi médicale

Abstract : Some professional activities remain difficult to investigate for different reasons. In the DECLIC2016 study, the ergonomist is constrained by the sole access to observational data (recording and transcription of follow-up consultation interviews in the hospital environment). Faced with this limitation, the challenge is to evaluate the contribution of a multidisciplinary approach to the corpus by using the framework of linguistics and ergonomicspsychology. The aim is to study the complementarity of these two forms of investigation on the basis of a consultation interview extracted from the DECLICS2016 corpusand to assess the extent to which the linguistic approach can enrich ergonomic practice.
