Etude de l'impact des pratiques agricoles sur les capacités fonctionnelles des communautés microbiennes en lien avec le recyclage de la matière organique

Abstract : The objective of this work is to study the impact of agricultural practices on soil respiration through the microbial communities involved in the degradation of organic matter (OM). This experiment is carried out under controlled conditions (microcosms) on two types of soils subjected to different agricultural practices (grassland and cropland). This study is based on the complementarity of molecular and functional approaches. On the one hand, molecular analyzes visualize the impact of these practices on the microbial communities present in the soil through an estimation of microbial biomass and the density of fungal and bacterial communities. On the other hand, functional analyzes make it possible to observe the impact of these practices on soil respiration by quantifying the CO2 fluxes associated with the degradation of OM. Consequently, the analysis of the influence of microorganisms in OM degradation related to agricultural practices is possible.
