Georges Perec et le savoir scolaire

Abstract : Georges Perec built his literary work on a disagreement with legitimate academic knowledge, as this knowledge refused to show itself as an experiment in freedom. This purpose-which is also a kind of statement-is obvious if we pay attention to Perec's biography, but it's also obvious in the learning situations that the author represents in his books. And we can guess that this may be one of the reasons why he joined Oulipo, finding there a place where a game with rules could be played through a kind of subversion, with a tribute to real knowledge.
