Approche méthodologique de la prévention du risque glissement de terrain - le modèle ProActerr : présentation et application à la ville d'Al Hoceima (Maroc)

Abstract : When facing major natural risks, preventive tools must be renewed in urban areas, because the growth of cities leads to pressures on natural environment, which might be a source of danger. Minimising the vulnerability of populations is an international issue : at this level, shifting from “informing populations” to “assessing risks” for users and dwellers is a key objective. This research is a contribution to the study of the landslide risk in various scales and consists in studying the spatial, socio-spatial and territorial specifications of this risk. As a result, our research has sought to develop participatory methods to reduce vulnerability. From a prospective investigation combining technical watch, fieldwork and surveys in urbanized environments, especially in Al Hoceima in Morocco, this search allowed us to define a model replicable to improve knowledge of risk to residents of risk areas.
