Islam et entreprise. Référent divergeant et rationalités contestataires,

Abstract : This article reports the ambivalent use of Islamic referent within companies relocated to Morocco. On the one hand, the direction of the company tries to alienate the workers by the invocation of Islam as the religion of order, exhorting them to the work presented as an act of faith. On the other hand, workers ''invest'' Islamic religion as a philosophy of life to "protect themselves" from hazards of life (their precarious status and unpredictability of their condition). This divergeance is a structuring element of the life of the relocated company. Still, Islamic regulation in the work can lead to dissenting rationalities developed by workers aware of vulnerability of their condition of class.
