Abstract

New correlation on Nusselt at immersed jet impingement with melting. A pseudo-parabolic cavity shape, stable with time for low depths. Apparition of a shoulder in the cavity shape, linked to boundary layer separation. Local Nusselt number along the cavity characterized from the cavity shape evolution.
