Conception et réalisation d'un microsystème par spectroscopie de bioimpédance

Abstract : The Design and test of a Microsystems for Bioimpedance spectroscopy based on the auto balancing bridge method in the band [100 Hz - 1MHz] were developed. The first chapter shows the context and the measurement techniques of impedances in tissues biological (Bioimpedance), as well the parameters witch measurement. The second chapter introduces the modeling of the measuring cell with coplanar microelectrodes in 2D and 3D, as well as the theoretical analysis to calculate the dielectric properties of tissues that were presented. We used the Femlab software to carry out simulation. The third chapter describes the manufacture of the cell measurement by the lithographic techniques, the effects of the interface - electrolyte and the circuit equivalent of the impedance of polarization. This chapter suggests the instrumentation for bioimpedancia measurement that could be used. In the final chapter of the thesis the experimental validation of the measurement system, we determined the value of the impedance complexes directly and indirectly, and found the values of permittivity and conductivity. Measurements were carried out with for physiologic serum solution and blood (animal and human), finally we showed and discussed all the experimental results.
