Interactions de l'aluminium(III) avec des biomolécules et des modèles de membranes phospholipidiques : contribution à l'étude de la neurotoxicité de l'aluminium(III)

Abstract : It has been clearly shown that some human pathologies are associated to an unusual accumulation of aluminium(III) in the organism, but the origin of the toxicity of this element at a molecular level is not well established. The knowledge of the interactions of aluminium(III) with metabolites present in the organism and with cellular membranes components is of the utmost importance to understand its action in biological systems. That is the reason why we have studied the interactions of aluminium(III) with small biomolecules bearing a phosphate group and with models of phospholipidic membranes.
