Contribution au dimensionnement d'une série de machines électriques à axe vertical et au développement d'un système passif de filtrage de vibrations d'origine magnétique pour moteurs électriques

Abstract : The aim of this research concerns two different contributions relative to vibrations in induction machines. The first part presents the design of a new vertical electrical machine range. The position of the first natural frequency of the machine is a major constraint for the design. The electrical machine range is modeled and natural frequencies of each motor are calculated. Associated meshing and a shell finite element code are dedicated to this application. The model has been validated by experimental results. The second part of thesis presents the simulation of a passive system for magnetic vibrations reduction in induction machines. The role of the stator in vibrations transmission is demonstrated. A precise determination of natural frequencies and modes shapes of stator is funldamental in order to avoid coincidence with excitation frequencies excitation. Dedicated meshing of the stator and three dimensional volumic finite element code are developed. An experimental modal analysis method of the stator is presented.We emphasized the complexity of stator material rheology. Numerical and experimental results are adjusted with an optimization method.
