Approche théorique et réalisation d'un système d'ablathérapie intracardiaque par sonde électrophysiologique haute fréquence : contrôle et optimisation du transfert de puissance par adaptation d'impédance automatisée

Abstract : The intracardiac ablatherapy is used in order to treat troubles of rythm and conduction realizing an intracardiac ablatherapy system, using a high frequency electromagnetic signal, delivered by an electrophysiological probe, is the principal purpose of this work. The second one is to modelize theoretically, the ablatherapy, whose object is to trace temperature's isodoses in the intracardiac wall. First, this model is obtained by the calculation of the Specific Absorbed Rate (S.A.R.) by the biological tissue; second, the beat equation is resolved by the numerical method of the finite differencies. The originality of this realization is the reproductibleness of the injuries, whose dimensions are perfectly controled by an automatic impedance adaptation. It allows to ignore the changes of the electrical characteristics of the tissues, during the ablatherapy. The design of this electrophysiological probe has allowed the optimization of energy transfer in the load.
