Étude expérimentale et modélisation des processus de déformation des tôles en aciers stables et métastables

Abstract : The aim of this work is to develop mechanical models which describe deep drawing characteristic tests (drawbead test, U-Test), taking into consideration the relations revealed experimentally during the study of the evolution of the structure and properties of the steels of different classes after these tests. The source parameters for the models are the mechanical properties of a material, operational conditions (blankholder force, lubrication conditions) and tooling geometry. . A new analytical madel of the U-Test is proposed and validated. The drawbead model of Sanchez-Weinmann (1996) is improved and validated experimentally, its limits of application are determined, and new calculation algorithms are developed. Two software units are created on the base of the models. They calculate the stress-strain fields, the specimen shape after springback, and the blankholder forces. The results of the experimental part of the work show the prevalence of isotropie hardening during alternated bending under tension for the ferritic steels considered in this work. In the drawbead test madel, the assumption of isotropic hardening provides the numerical values, which describe quite precisely the experimental results in a large range of the source data. In a similar manner, the application of this assumption onto the U-Test madel for ferrite-martensitic steels also provides very satisfactory results in the majority of cases.
