Résurgence de l'oralité et de la culture populaire chez Ahmed Sefrioui

Abstract : The dissertation is based on a study of orality and popular culture in Ahmed Sefrioui ; which was long rejected by critics of French-speaking morroccan literature. The focus is on the interaction of popular, oral discourse and written text, and on the way orality and popular culture (mostly represented by female characters in Sefrioui's work) are expressed in the narrative. The relationship between oral and scriptural will be analysed from an intertextual perspective.
