Déterminants processuels et contextuels de la coopération interentreprises

Abstract : Intercompany cooperation is approached here from a variety of analytical viewpoints. Game theory and negociation models help us to understand the mechanism of formation and evolution of cooperative interactions. Economies of transaction cost explain the behaviour of the actors ; approaches based on networks, districts or the nature of information put this into its context. Analysis of the forms and the management of cooperation reveal its strategic motivations as well as its organisational and political dimensions. The results of the field research on a sample of over 400 SME's enable us, through analysis of multiple correlations, to prioritise to the process of cooperation over the context and to reveal the importance of the negociation and management of agreements. The conclusion proposes a "general system" for intercompany cooperation.
