Modulation de la microdureté Vickers des couches minces électrolytiques de Ni-P

Abstract : This work is consecrated to the superficial Vickers microhardness of amorphous alloy Ni100-xPx prepared by an electrolitical way inspect with several physico-chemical parameters : current density, pulsing of electrolitical bath, power-weight ratio mass percentage (varying from 6% to 60%), atomic percentage (varying from 9% to 25%), doping saccharin, nature of substrate (copper, iron and chemical deposit Ni100-xPx prepared with insulating substrattum), room temperature and current modulation. The microhardness for film thincknes of about 25 um in the presence a load of 50 g takes high values (from 600 to 1100 Hv at T=20 °C); it increases with current density, mass and atomic percentage, saccharin mass and temperature ; an irreversible sudden increase in hardness the type of occur in the vicinity of values are obtained 280 °C : transition temperature from amorphous state to crystalline state. The microhardness depends on the type of substrate high for alloys deposited an amorphous substrates. The mechanical property of amorphous alloy of microhardness Ni100-xPx prepared by electrolitical procedure is consistent with electric and magnetic properties, previously studied; hence the microhardness seems to constitute a convenient procedure for caracterizing the electronic properties for planes substrates
