Abstract : The thesis starts off the hypothesis according to which learning appears as an essential element of the organizational dynamic, and aims to develop the reflection on the interaction between learning and the work's contribution to the productive performances of the firm. All along the thesis, learning is thought both in its "individual - organizational" dimension and in its "dynamics - process" dimension. Moreover, the thesis insists on the context of permanent change in which take place productive operations, and indicates the consequences of this context on production of knowledge and competencies in competitive situation
