An alternative scheme to find glass state solutions using integral equation theory for the pair structure

Abstract : We propose and discuss a straightforward search protocol for the glass-like solutions of the integral equations of the two-replica approach to the random first-order transition theory of the liquid-glass transition. The new numerical strategy supplements those recently introduced by Jean-Pierre Hansen and ourselves. A few results for inverse power (1/r(12)) fluid are discussed and critically compared with results from other approaches.
