Détection et quantification du feu bactérien en verger et suivi au cours du temps de l’effet bactéricide de la streptomycine sur Erwinia amylovora

Abstract : The fire blight is a pathogen which stood out along years in the apple sphere and that, all around the world. Even if in a lot of countries, the integrated struggle practices against the disease allowed them to stop it, it is nethertheless present in North America where monoculture, climatic conditions and mass areas allow it to extend. Caused by the bacteria Erwinia amylovora, the ravages on orchards are significant and it is in the interest of all apple growers to protect theirs apple trees against it. The best way to fight fire blight remain prevention. So, forecast models are available for farmers, helping them to decide which treatment they must apply. To improve such models, all the additional data are useful. This study refine this by his double goals. Firstly, it presents the creation of a bacterial quantification protocol on open flowers before blossom. Secondly, it settles a method to measure a product efficiency on fire blight by reproducing environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, open flowers etc.)
